  1. Change, while necessary, can definitely be tough. We like our old ways. They are comfortable even if they are not good for us. Change requires discomfort and hard work that many people including myself do not always enjoy. On top of that, we may or may not like the results we see. BUT, it is absolutely necessary.

    • Thank you for your comment and insight Ordinarily! It is hard for people to let go of the things that are comfortable or familiar because of what we tend to know. You are right that change is necessary because it is the only way that we are going to experience something new and different.
