When you take time to do something positive and beneficial for yourself, it makes you feel good about yourself; and it can be the catalyst for either starting something new, continuing on with doing something, or finishing something that you wanted to do. When you put off doing something for yourself today, you miss that opportunity to feed yourself and your goals for that day. If you are doing something positive and beneficial for your life today, I commend you for doing so because it shows that you value yourself and your goals.
