Keep this in mind whenever you wonder how something mighty and big comes from something tiny.
It is easy to brush off this notion, but when you think about how some of the biggest people and things started, they were tiny in some shape, form, or fashion.

What is tiny?
Merriam-Webster defines tiny as simply very small. Tiny can be to a point where the naked eye cannot see it.

It is amazing to see something tiny grow, but when you are not careful, you can prevent that from happening. Here are a four things that can prevent something tiny from growing.

Lack of faith/confidence
- When you do not believe in yourself, the people around you, or the process, nothing will grow from it.

Sabotage
- If you or someone else is busy sabotaging your tiny dreams with negative thoughts and actions, they will not sprout into anything positive.

Lack of education/knowledge
- You may have something tiny that could potentially grow, but if you do not obtain the knowledge and education necessary to make it grow, it may never evolve into anything more.

Lack of resources
- Tiny things that lack the proper resources to grow will eventually fizzle out over time.
Where are five areas that big things have come from something tiny?
If you think about some of the things that have grown from something tiny, it will amaze your mind. Here are a five areas where something big comes from something tiny:

Agriculture/Gardening
- A tiny seed planted into the ground can sprout up to be a fruit, vegetable, or a tree.

Human Reproduction
- A tiny sperm that connects with an egg can evolve into a baby and eventually an adult.

Relationships
- A tiny kiss between lovers can evolve in to a sexual encounter, romantic relationship, or go as far as turn into a marriage.

Money
- One dollar that is placed away in an investment or savings account can eventually grow into thousands or even millions or dollars.

Ideas/Dreams
- One simple thought from a person’s mind can evolve into an invention, movement, or simple change in the world.
What are four steps required to allow for something or someone tiny to grow in your life?
When you allow for someone or something tiny to grow and evolve in your life, you will love the results. Here how you can make this happen:

Learn to accept someone or something tiny.

You can start by accepting the tiny person or thing into your life either physically, verbally, or mentally.
- Do not let the size of someone or something prevent you from missing out on the growth that can take place.

Provide the adequate resources for that tiny person or thing to grow.
- You can do this through doing research of what you need for that particular or thing, and then proceed to give it what it needs.
- Example #1: Plants need water, light, air, fertile ground to grow from a tiny seed.
- Example #2: Adults need food, water, education, shelter, clothing, exercise, and rest to grow from a tiny baby.
- If you want the growth to happen, you got to be the supplier.
- You can do this through doing research of what you need for that particular or thing, and then proceed to give it what it needs.

Have faith and confidence in the tiny person or thing growing.
- Let the tiny person or thing know that you believe in, have patience with, and trust in the growth process either physically, verbally, or mentally.
- Do not be too quick to step in when the growth process is not going the way that you want it to go.

Rejoice and celebrate in the evolution.
- Take the time to enjoy the growth from start to finish by acknowledging all of the victories along the way physically, verbally, and mentally.
- Do not be focused on the end product when there is a lot to appreciate from the tiny point as well.
I encourage you to look at the moments where you have watched someone or something tiny in your life evolve. Some of the greatest treasures and event in your life started off as being tiny. Let’s remember that tiny people and things can grow into someone or something beautiful as long as you are willing to give the person or thing an opportunity.
