Finish what you have started! You did not put in hard work just to accept defeat. Recover from giving up and find your second wind. Regain your momentum and do what it takes until you have reached your goal. Quitting will get you failure, but finishing will get you success.

Good post…I will respond to question number 2 – the hardest thing about finishing something that I start is that moment where you feel all hope is lost and you should just quit..it can be hard to overcome this feeling…I believe the answer to this is more than willpower…

Thank you for your comment and insight Wading! Just like you, I know what it is like to have the feeling that all is lost and you should quit. It was like that after my wife and I dealt with the miscarriage of our first child. It does take a lot to overcome and get back up, so it is important that we find the people and resources that can help us to recover and move forward. I appreciate you sharing!
