How Can Your TWA Help You Become A True And Sincere Person?

Keep this in mind whenever you find yourself wondering what it takes to be a true and sincere person.

Being true and sincere is something that you want out any and every person that you deal with. When you have someone that is true and sincere, it makes a big difference in your ability to have confidence and trust in that person.

Today’s inspiration is all about the true and sincere person. We will take a look at the following:

• What are some that come being being true and sincere?
• What is your TWA?
• How can your TWA help you become a true and sincere person?

Now that we have the questions, let’s find the answers!

What is the definition of true?

Merriam-Webster defines true as:

• steadfast, loyal

• honest, just

• archaic,  truthful

Being true is something that you can associate with being real and genuine.

What is the definition of sincere?

Merriam-Webster defines sincere as:

• Having or showing honesty.

• Being what it seems to be.

Being sincere is something that you can associate with being authentic and original.

What are some myths that come up with being true and sincere?

Being true and sincere does come with some myths that must be addressed. Here are three myths that come up when you think about yourself or someone else being true and sincere:

1. Being true and sincere means you must be nice.
   • The issue with being nice is that you are hiding what you truly feel about a person, place, or thing.
   • In reality, being true and sincere with a person requires you to share your true feelings (good or bad) so that people can understand your emotions clearly.
2. Being true and sincere means you must always say kind words of compassion.
   • The issue with saying kind words of compassion is that sometimes, you can shield a person from receiving the truth when they need to hear it the most.
   • In reality, another thing about being true and sincere with a person requires you to say the truth, regardless of how the person may take what you have to say, so that they know where you stand.
3. Being true and sincere means your actions must represent peace and harmony.
   • The issue with offering peaceful and harmonic actions all the time is that when you are like this, people do not get to see who you may truly be when the spotlight is off of you.
   • In reality, being true and sincere with a person requires you to display actions that may reflect what you are thinking and feeling inside so that people can understand what you feel and think about a person, place, or thing.

Being true and sincere does not always mean being nice, especially when you are hiding the truth from yourself and other people.

What is your TWA?

If you are going to be a true and sincere person, you have to hop onboard your TWA. I will break it down for you below and show you how to use it in order to become a true and sincere person:

• T – Thoughts
  • Your thought serve as the starting point for you to begin to be a true and sincere person.
  • Your thoughts represents your core opinions, ideas, and beliefs and people, places, and things.
  • Let your thoughts represent who and what you by doing the following:
    • Do not suppress your thoughts.
    • Let your thoughts guide your words and actions.
• W – Words
  • Your words have the power to make you a true and sincere person when you use them the right way.
  • Your words verbally express what you are thinking and feeling about people, places, and things.
  • Let your words express your thoughts by doing the following:
    • Do not mince or alter your choice of words.
    • Use the words that are blunt and straight to the point.
• A – Actions
  • Your actions have the job of turning your thoughts into reality for people to see.
  • Your actions represent physically and non-verbally what you are thinking about people, places, and things.
  • Let your actions reflect what you are thinking by doing the following:
    • Do not hesitate acting upon what you are thinking.
    • Let your actions speak for you in spots where your words cannot do it.

How can your TWA plane help you become a true and sincere person?

Now that you understand what your TWA represents, it is now time to hop aboard and become the true and sincere person that you can be. Here is how you can do it:

1. Be honest with yourself and other people.
   • If you want to be true and sincere, you must be honest with yourself and other people.
   • Take the time to assess yourself and/or other people so that you can offer your true opinions and feelings.
   • When you are honest, people may not like hearing or seeing the truth, but they can appreciate that you are true and sincere because you are being honest about something they need to hear.
2. Do not do or say anything that will misrepresent who and what you are.
   • Being true and sincere will not allow for you say or do anything that does not truly reflect your views or opinions.
   • Trust yourself to say and do what is on your mind in a manner that allows for people to know where you stand.
   • When you do not do or say anything that will misrepresent who and what you are, people will know where you stand through your honesty and conviction.
3. Make sure your thoughts, words, and actions all line up as one.
   • Being true and since will most importantly require you to make sure that your thoughts, words, and actions are all connected.
   • In all that you do, make sure of the following:
     • That your thoughts directly show in your choice of words and actions.
     • That your words reflects what you are thinking and what you are doing with your actions.
     • That your actions can be traced back to your words and your thoughts.
   • When your thoughts, words, and actions are all lined up, it is easy for you to be true and genuine in all phases of your life.

I encourage you to take the time to look at what makes you true and sincere. You will find that at the core, you are true and sincere in your thoughts, but you have to let it show through your words and actions. Do not be afraid of what people think or doubt yourself because that will be the moment where you either do not speak or do what is exactly on your mind. Let’s remember that what makes you true and genuine is your ability to be as one with your thoughts, words, and actions.
